Le blanc, la neige, la montagne, les cris joyeux des enfants, les luges en bois, les bonnets rouges à pompon, les sapins, le bruit sourd des pas dans la neige, le silence, la couleur du ciel, l'odeur du bois, du vin chaud, des gâteaux à la cannelle, le feu dans la cheminée, un enfant qui lit Tintin en rêvant à la nuit de Noël...
Par nature, le corps recherche bien-être et repos.

You have really come a long way with your drawings, Olivia. This is wonderful-beautiful! And not an easy pose either. Sanguine makes it all the more lovely. I know hands are very hard to do, I wonder how long this pose was? It's lovely!

Ahhh I remember well the days of art classes during winter... in the cold art studio! When my hands were cold, there was NO WAY I could hold a pencil or brush properly! =)
